To log into WordPress type your website URL followed by “/wp-admin” After you are logged in you are brought to the WordPress Dashboard. (Most likely, the dashboard is basically useless to you.)
On the top you will see a ribbon with helpful dropdown menus (which will be different depending on your theme and plugins), with everything from creating a new post, adding a new photo, editing your theme and many more options.
On the side you will see the sidebar with a list of all of the features, plugins, and setting available to you for your website.
The first thing you need to do is select a theme for your website, then you need to download plugins that you need to get your site started.
