How to Get More Snapchat Followers
So how the heck do you use Snapchat? We will go through each screen and talk about how to use each screen. There is a lot to cover here. The first page we will cover is the chat page. To get there, swipe left. On this screen you will see a list of all the people that you follow, in order of the last message you have sent to them.
You may notice see little emojis on the right side of some of the usernames. These emojis mean that you talk to this specific person a lot (We will discuss how to customize these in a later post.)
On the left side you will see different symbols next to each chat. Each symbol means something different, to learn what each symbol means, click here.
To send a message to any person swipe left on their username and it will open their chat. From here you can send a text response by writing out the message and pressing the enter button on the bottom right.
Another option is to send them a photo/video, by writing out the text in advance, pressing the yellow button on the right and you will be sent to the camera to send a message. (We will go into more detail about this later on.)
In addition, if the person is in the chat the same time as you are the yellow button will turn blue. This will allow both of you to video chat live allowing you both to see and hear each other live.
Additionally, from this page you can press the menu in the top left to see the user’s snapcode, rename the user to remember friends, block the user, or remove as a friend.
