Two Features in the New Update
We spoke in the last tip very briefly about reaching out to your followers. I wrote a very quick line about it, but this is probably the most important thing you can do on Cyber Dust.
We need to remember that Cyber Dust by nature has a short attention span. This is because after a person sends a blast, reads a blast, dusts or gets dusted by you the message is gone. Heck, even if the person doesn’t get a chance to read it, but 24 hours pass, the message is deleted, forever.
This makes remembering conversations or even duster’s usernames a big challenge for most people. Even if you write an amazing piece of content, or a blast hilarious memes people will quickly forget you ever existed if you don’t become memorable to them somehow.
This is why I know that it is definitely worth it to take the time to individually talk to as people as you can. Firstly, even if people don’t have time for every blast, they will almost definitely have time to read and respond to your dusts. After a person sees your username and profile picture in their dusts list, and they had some type of conversation with you there is a much better chance that if they are scrolling down their blasts and they see your name they will stop and read the blasts that you sent out. This means that taking the time to dust people will dramatically increase the amount of people that read your blasts.
With the new update it is easier than ever to follow someone and immediately message them, straight from their profile picture.
In addition to getting them to open your blasts is also a great way to meet people, find out how they got to Cyber Dust, and what keeps them there. Knowing these things may allow you to help them by giving them a list of people to follow, assuming you can remember people who may be useful to them.
Doing this will build an incredible amount of trust with this person, and it will increase the chances that they will either recommend you to someone that is looking for help that you can provide or be willing to find out more about the product or service that you’re offering.
Remember, since Cyber Dust is a lot more like a conversation than most platforms that exist today, you need to consider it a conversation, and be as helpful to people as you can. On Cyber Dust, good deals go a long way.
